Yoga is a HOLISTIC SYSTEM  that takes care of your MIND + BODY + SOUL. 
Class Style: 
Tuesday's: Gentle Yoga (slow paced, holding poses for longer, focusing more on the breath and mindfulness)
Thursday's: Flow Yoga (medium paced classes, focusing on flexibility, balance and strength).
